About Motus Mechanical

Motus was founded in 2013 by Steve Howard and Stuart T. Smith in Charlotte, North Carolina. The founders are mechanical engineers with a passion for designing, prototyping, and constructing mechatronic and instrumentation systems. Through their careers, they noticed a need for a toolkit that would enable engineers to increase productivity in design and implementation of complex precision systems.

Engineers often wait weeks to months and spend thousands of dollars on the manufacture of mechanical systems. In reality, multiple revisions are often needed to perfect these designs, leading to more downtime and expense. MechBlocks allow engineers to build these systems faster, cheaper, and rebuild them without added expense when design changes are needed.

If this product line and methodlogy of rapid design and manufacture interests you, feel free to contact us for more information. We can discuss how MechBlocks can help you save time and money and even schedule a demo to show you in person how they work. Our mission is to enable engineers to design systems faster and more effectively! Click here to download our company brochure.
